Thea B. Lande is a Norwegian actress. She plays in feature films like ´ Fjord ´ (dir. Cristian Mungiu. Prod: Mobra Films/ EyeEye Pictures 2026), ´ Troll2´ (dir. Roar Uthaug. Prod. Netflix/ Motion Blur 2025) and ´´ The Crossing ´ (dir. Johanne Helgeland. Prod. Maipo 2020).

She has played in many of Norways main stages, such as The National Scene in Bergen and The Norwegian Theater in Oslo.

She also makes her own theatre productions, where she transformes not-theatre-rooms into a space of storytelling and close meetings with the audience, often in a landscape between music, movement and theatre, collaborating with great artists.
